In the last five years, 'Cordless-Electric has focused its attention on developing the "Star Wars" type products needed for National Defense. Because the World is constantly changing we have the opportunity to convert many of our defense related products into products that will make positive contributions to our Nation and the World as a whole. Cordless-Electric products are backed by a development, management and marketing team, each with 35 years of new product development history. Cordless-Electric manufactures generators for North American distribution in our Texas facility, with products for export manufactured in our soon to open plant in Mexico. The new solid-state electric generator can convert any available fuel into low-cost electricity. It has promising application in undeveloped countries as well as in North America. The Cordless-Electric Company has developed a remarkable new product, the TEG 5000, thermoelectric generator. Like the transistor or microchip, this electric generator is solid-state, makes no noise, and has no moving parts. This generator has the capacity to power the average U.S. home. It produces enough power to run all the appliances in a motor home, a yacht, or the air conditioning system of an executive aircraft on the ground, without noise or moving parts. This generator burns natural gas or propane. Future versions will burn liquid fuel, gasoline, alcohol, Jet-A or diesel cleanly Uses: A general contractor could use this product on the job. The outdoor vacationer could relax and sleep in air-conditioned comfort. It is the perfect backup power solution for the home, during electrical outages. Healthcare aids can be operated, such as oxygen generators, respirators or dialyses equipment. All household electrical appliances can be powered when the utility grid fails. Keeping a home well lighted, heated or cooled and comfortable during emergency situations is another way of insuring home safety. New Product Evolution: This product evolved as a spin-off from the Federal Government's Star Wars Program. A giant, million amp, pulse power supply, originally intended for weapons in space, was no longer needed at the end of the Cold War. Cordless-Electric developed a small, low cost version of this technology for home and recreational use. Weighing just 27 pounds, the generator can be carried like a briefcase. With the push of a button, it delivers full electrical power in just 20 seconds. Just about any appliance found around the home, including the central air conditioning unit and the electric laundry dryer can be operated but preferably, not at the same time. This is the perfect solution for powering electric lawn tools in out of away places, without an extension cord. An electric lawnmower could be configured by the homeowner to eliminate the pollution of a gasoline engine lawn mower. By the way, gasoline powered lawn mowers contribute more to pollution in the Los Angeles Basin than all of the aircraft landings and take-offs and all the automobiles on the road each day. We can think of many other combination products that could use the generator as a power source. This new generator is a value-added resellers dream. The potential sales for electric lawnmowers alone amounts to well over 120,000 units/year. Key Markets: We believe this product is the only practical way to electrify emerging countries, to bring them into the twenty-first century. In Third World, countries, our generator will pump the water, illuminate villages, power schools and small industry, increasing productivity. Villages can be electrified independent of transmission lines; the same way telephone lines were forgotten when third world customers are serviced by cellular phones. Cordless-Electric's Business: Cordless-Electric is in the business of creating new wealth by developing unique products and concepts that add to the arsenal of exportable products for this Nation. We have developed a long list of new and innovative products that are used by each of us every day. We develop the new product concept, reduce it to a manufacturable product, and create the tooling, processes and assembly methods needed for manufacture. We test and correct deficiencies, and then search for the capital needed to move this and a whole family of products into market. Future Product Improvements and Variations to Form a Family The TEG 5000 operates with a thermal-to-electrical output efficiency of only 20% at this time. Although a solid-state generator is expected to last much longer and require less maintenance than a gasoline- or diesel engine generator, we recognize that our fuel usage is double at this time. We have a program to improve generator efficiency to match and exceed motor driven competition, in two to three years. We will place our product on the market now, concentrating on Third World electrification, then improve efficiency gradually to beyond the 20% figure. World-Wide Patent Protection: Twenty-two U.S. and International patents for advanced thermoelectric, electro-thermal and energy storage technology are maintained. We continue to develop novel and patentable different technology in these fields for our exclusive use and for the benefit of our licensee.
